Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

With over 12 years of nursing experience, Melanie Vargas brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her career began with providing care to patients across the lifespan, and for the last 7 years she has specialized in labor and delivery. Fueled by her passion for women's health, Melanie transitioned to outpatient care, where she is now focused on supporting women and their families in a comprehensive, patient-centered way.

At Rose Women's Health, Melanie plays an integral role in providing preventative care services and addressing urgent patient concerns. As part of the team, she works closely with Dr. Rose and Dr. Gau to ensure that patients receive timely attention, especially in the face of growing physician shortages. Her background and expertise make her a valuable asset to our practice.

Melanie is dedicated to forming strong, meaningful connections with her patients and is committed to addressing all their obstetric and gynecological concerns with care and precision.
